The menu
All year round, the”Niçoise”, “Pinocchio”, “Ocean” salads are light and refreshing. The lukewarm Jerusalem artichoke salad, the lukewarm candied tomato pie, the barbajuan platter (typical Monaco dumplings stuffed with green vegetables and meat) are ones of the clients’ favourite dishes together with the duet of marinated salmon and swordfish.

Pasta and risotto
Among the bestsellers: the spaghetti alle vongole with a genuine Italian Coast flavour and all the risotto cooked according to your choice, with Parmiggiano or with artichokes and prawns.

Fish
Pan fried swordfish with fresh tomato purée, roasted salmon fillet, pan fried Meunière sole and sea bass baked with artichokes.

Meat
Beef fillet with pepper sauce, veal escalope alla Milanese, lamb chops grilled with Provence herbs… top quality meat and cooking to your taste are our priorities here.

Desserts
The vanilla caramel custard, the crème brûlée with brown sugar, the lukewarm half melting chocolate cake with vanilla sauce, the nougat parfait with Provence honey and the thin caramel apple pie are among the most enjoyed desserts.

After noon short menu
For a snack during a shopping or business break, a short menu offers salads, pasta, pizzas ( Margarita or Regina) and a simply grilled beefsteak.
